How long does it take to receive DVD(s)?
We ship all DVDS via first class mail and it takes 2-4 days to receive your order. If for any reason you do not receive your order within 5 days please contact us.
Can the DVD(s) play on car tvs?
Yes. All music video DVDS will be able to play on car TVS if your car tvs can read +r or -R DVDS. You can also watch the videos on any DVD player that reads DVD media. Disc are NTSC which means they will work on any player in the USA or ASIA.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept Paypal and USPS money orders. If you send a money order other then USPS money orders then we will not ship the DVDS out until the money order clears the bank which can take 2-3 business days. If you do not have a paypal account, you can sign up for free at www.paypal.com
Is their any refund policy?
Yes. If for any reason your DVD does not play then you will receive a refund or exchange for a new DVD.
Do you have the clean version of the videos listed?
We only offer the uncut version of every rap and r&b music video(s) however we occasionally get some clean versions of certain videos.
Are the videos ripped from youtube?
No. Other sellers use a program to rip the videos from youtube and put them on DVDS but we do not do this. Reason one is because the quality is horrible on big screen tvs and 2, the sound quality is not good. You can watch our DVDS on big screen TVS without losing video or sound quality guaranteed.
